Anita’s nightmare began in January 2021 when she was given one of the earliest doses of the AstraZeneca Covid vaccine. 

Anita is now bedbound and entirely dependent upon her family for her care needs, cut off from the rest of her family and in constant pain. Continually gaslit, continually dismissed, continually neglected by the government and local authorities who are happy to leave her confined to a bed 24/7 with no quality of life.

Edward Fitzgerald, defense lawyer for Assange, says the defense accepts the unambigious assurance from the United States that Mr. Asssange will not be at risk of the death penalty and will not be charged with a death penalty offense. However, on the second assurance he says that it is an inadequate assurance and Mr. Assange is only guaranteed that he may raise the issue before the US court (that he should be able to receive First Amendment protections). It does not guarantee that it will be granted. Therefore, Assange is at a real risk of being discriminated against on the basis of nationality (he is Australian) which is a violation of Section 81b of the UK Extradition Act 2003.
